This role requires working weekdays, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service to residents residing in independent living units.

Housekeeping Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with outstanding communication and organizational abilities to take on the housekeeper role. The successful candidate should be capable of working independently, building positive relationships with residents, and consistently providing high-quality service. • Cleaning and maintaining apartments, bathrooms, and offices
• Ensuring cleanliness through tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and surface wiping
• Emptying waste receptacles and restocking supplies
• Polishing furniture, equipment, and glass surfaces
• Conducting spot cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing furniture
• Maintaining cleanliness in housekeeping and storage areas
• Adhering to established cleaning protocols and guidelines
• Responding promptly to specific cleaning requests

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work collaboratively with team members
• Skilled in using standard cleaning tools and techniques
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and handling equipment
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and able to follow instructions
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Minimum of 1 year of professional housekeeping experience
