Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary:

The Intensive Care Unit Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening medical conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU nursing.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
