The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and participating in work activities related to janitorial and grounds maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple staff members, ensuring that work meets contract specifications and established standards. They will also possess excellent time management skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and make informed decisions that drive operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and present employee work schedules to our corporate office
- Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with our safety department to maintain up-to-date SDS books on site
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions as needed
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry items over short distances
- Regular, predictable attendance is required
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, facilities management)
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
