About the Position

BGSF is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our properties and ensuring the health and safety of our residents.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in facilities management and maintenance.
  • A minimum of two years' prior experience in a similar role.
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locksmith skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
