We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Trinity Property Consultants. As a Painter, you will be responsible for managing common area paint touch-ups, hallway, and curb painting. Your primary duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and matching paint colors, applying coatings with brushes, rollers, or sprayers, and ensuring a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities- Complete unit turn paint, including touch-up paint, color change, ceiling, cabinets, baseboard, and trim as directed by manager
- Complete drywall repairs to surfaces in vacant and occupied homes
- Complete exterior wood, stucco, and fencing repairs and paint
- Any common area paint touch-ups, hallway, curb paint
- Applies paints, sealers, and solvents to exterior and interior building surfaces such as plaster, sheetrock, concrete, and wood
- Performs building exterior and interior caulking, finish repair, mud, and tape, and texturing tasks
- Operates equipment such as airless spray equipment, scaffolding
- Performs special refinishing tasks, including wood surface preparation, staining, and sealing
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
- Performs minor plaster repair, blending newly renovated wall surfaces with existing plaster
- Surveys building painting project sites to estimate time and material quantities required; selects appropriate surface coatings
- Minimum one year of painting experience required, multifamily experience preferred
- Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
