Job Summary

As a Stylist, you will be our most important brand ambassador, bringing your own personal style, passion for the product, and energy to the sales floor each day. You'll help us create genuine connections, become a product expert, and help customers express their authentic selves. You'll collaborate with team members and managers to drive the business, jump in on tasks that help create a seamless experience, and bring a collaborative, kind, and inclusive energy to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including quality, fit, and styling.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Capture and utilize customer data to drive personalized marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with local influencers, artists, and style-makers to drive brand awareness.
  • Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and loyalty programs to attract and retain new clients.
  • Develop and execute events through community networking, local marketing, and college outreach.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management to drive business improvement.
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You'll also be required to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds.
