Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Provide creative, reliable, and personalized resolutions of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular services.
- Customer Communication: Consistently go above and beyond for customers to create positive customer associations with the company brand.
- Team Collaboration: Work across teams and departments to provide solutions that serve the business and the customer simultaneously.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer all general customer inquiries, including updating phone numbers, payment information, advising of service schedule, and product/service education.
- Customer Correspondence: Manage timely and consistent customer correspondence by phone, email, and text message.
- Industry Expertise: Consistently increase industry expertise needed to effectively help customers by participating in educational opportunities, including monthly courses and supplementary training opportunities.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 6+ months of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday - Friday with some scheduled Saturdays during the months of April to September.
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly rate ($15.00-$17.00 DOE).
- Additional Compensation: Additional compensation opportunities.
