Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking property management organization. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring the highest level of occupancy in our community.

• Practice professional and relational leasing techniques to connect with prospective residents.
• Listen with intent to gather information and design individualized experiences for each tour.
• Provide meaningful follow-ups to potential residents and maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' lives.
• Support community events and activities, and keep accurate records of resident/property activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to understand current programs and stay informed about local competition and market conditions.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as Fair Housing laws.

• Must be a team player with a 'we' over 'me' approach to building relationships.
• Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software, and CRM solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.

• Competitive pay $25-$27/hour (based on experience).
