The COMET contract oversees the management and execution of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at a prominent space center. These responsibilities support various programs, including the International Space Station and the Space Launch System.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass, but is not limited to:

·Preparation Support - Allocate and manage resources for operations, ensuring all hardware and software configurations are standardized. This includes software installations, system setups, and readiness evaluations.

·Real-Time Operational Support - Engage in proactive measures to ensure seamless operations, providing necessary information and preventing disruptions. Responsibilities include system monitoring, data logging, and real-time coordination of activities.

·Issue Management and Resolution - Identify and document hardware and software challenges.

·Additional Operational Support - Serve as the primary communication link to the testing team, overseeing environmental monitoring and emergency preparedness.

·Develop and refine operational protocols.

·Conduct system monitoring and analysis, maintaining logs and managing account privileges.

·System Administration - Configure and provision necessary platforms.

·Facilitate technical discussions.

·Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or three years of relevant experience is required.
