Job Title and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal secretary to provide administrative support to our attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a legal secretary, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to our attorneys, including preparing documents, making phone calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with case management, including organizing files and tracking deadlines
  • Preparing court documents and other materials for trial
  • Communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, PIP benefits, and litigation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
