About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our lawyers in personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist lawyers with case preparation, documentation, and communication with clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the law firm.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law, PIP benefits, and litigation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
