Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider Float Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Primary Care Advanced Practice Providers. As a float, you will travel to different community locations and provide coverage for providers who are out for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
- MSN or grandfathered under Ohio Revised Code (Primary Care, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- One or more years of patient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously; capable of providing care without physician supervision
- Graduate of an accredited advanced practice registered nurse program
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Ohio
- Certificate of Authority as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Certification as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in specialty
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or obtains within 90 days of hire
- Obtains other advanced life support certifications applicable to practice area within 180 days of hire
- Meets the requirements/qualifications for clinical privileges in the specialty/department with The MetroHealth System
