Serves as a Senior Software Technical Analyst, performing advanced application architecture, design, and technical analysis work for cloud-based applications supporting the Infectious Disease Prevention division within Public Health Applications.

- Leverages Jira to gather, document, and prioritize project requirements and to effectively manage sprints, issues, backlog, and reporting.
- Provides technical support of cloud-based applications, planning, and leading collaboration with IT, software vendors, and Business SMEs.
- Ensures team members have necessary resources to accomplish assignments, notifies manager of workload problems, and performs troubleshooting and resolution of operational and tracking of incidents.
- Oversees the maintenance of existing applications, monitors the resolution of problems related to software development and/or maintenance of the ecosystem, and ensures the preparation of system-level documentation for use by staff and system users.
- Coordinates projects and maintenance activities with other IT Units as needed, interfaces effectively with IT and customers to provide automated solutions to problems, and consults with IT and customers on software/hardware purchases.
- Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of software applications and the techniques used in the design of automated systems.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of Project control and cost estimating techniques.
