Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in providing patient care and support administrative staff as directed.
  • Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic testing.
  • Perform injections and immunizations as directed.
  • Maintain facility and equipment necessary for patient care.
  • Interact with pharmaceutical representatives and maintain control of drug samples.
  • Order medical supplies and stock exam rooms.
  • Ensure medical records remain current.
  • Report clinical issues, treatment, and diagnostic protocols to physicians and operational issues to Clinic Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: RN (ADN and/or BSN) Program.
  • Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in LHN Clinics.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a physician's office or similar setting.
  • Required Certification: Registration and current RN license in WA State, Current BLS.
  • Preferred: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking ability to work with culturally diverse population.
