We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians in providing patient care and support administrative staff as directed.
- Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic testing.
- Perform injections and immunizations as directed.
- Maintain facility and equipment necessary for patient care.
- Interact with pharmaceutical representatives and maintain control of drug samples.
- Order medical supplies and stock exam rooms.
- Ensure medical records remain current.
- Report clinical issues, treatment, and diagnostic protocols to physicians and operational issues to Clinic Manager/Supervisor.
- Education: RN (ADN and/or BSN) Program.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in LHN Clinics.
- Experience: Previous experience in a physician's office or similar setting.
- Required Certification: Registration and current RN license in WA State, Current BLS.
- Preferred: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking ability to work with culturally diverse population.
