Technical Services Sanitation Supervisor

National Beef Packing Co., LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Services Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation practices in all National Beef Packing facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation protocols, including chemical usage and waste management.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless execution of sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on sanitation and safety procedures, ensuring a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sanitation and safety activities, including chemical usage and waste management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sanitation or safety role, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex sanitation and safety issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
