Technical Services Sanitation Supervisor

National Beef is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Services Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and quality in our facilities.



Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain sanitation practices in all National Beef Packing facilities, including third shift cleaning and pre-operational inspections.
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless execution of sanitation procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on sanitation procedures and best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, microbiology, or environmental health.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sanitation or quality assurance role in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex sanitation issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
