Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part-time day and evening shift position. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data collection and provide feedback to the Registered Nurse to enhance clinical decisions about treatments and nursing interventions.
  • Collect and document relevant data according to hospital standards.
  • Participate in the development of nursing diagnoses and carry out the established plan of care.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions established in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing care and therapies.
Requirements
  • Current State LPN License.
  • High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
  • New graduate LPNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the LPN residency program.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
