Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Grady Management Inc.

This role involves managing day-to-day operations, including resident relations, rent loss control, and general community management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fair housing rules and regulations, as well as experience with accounting in property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including resident relations, rent collections, and apartment turnovers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing OneSite software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of property management experience.
  • Annual recertification experience is a plus.
  • Tax Credit, HUD, or Affordable experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of OneSite software is a plus.
  • Previous experience with accounting in property management is a strong plus.
  • Strong computer skills required, including MS Office and accounting knowledge.
