Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring, Training, and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.

  • Bar Operations: Manage the daily operations of our tasting room, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special events and tours for up to 150 guests, working closely with our Distillery VP and Master Distiller.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide exceptional leadership and management skills, including scheduling, performance reviews, and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Craft Beer and Cocktail Experience: Experience with craft beer and local/specialty cocktails, with a passion for the integrity of our products.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high-energy, positive leadership style.
  • Computer and POS Knowledge: Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
