Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Telemetry PCU Progressive Care Unit team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs.
  • Prioritize patient and family needs, delegate tasks effectively, and follow up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community members to create comprehensive care plans that address patient needs and promote health and well-being.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide the highest level of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent, full-time Telemetry and/or Cardiac Progressive Care experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse RN licensure and Basic Life Support BLS certification.
