Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant Part-Time. This role will provide administrative support to the Parking Manager and Parking Staff Members, ensuring the efficient operation of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to multiple users in the parking system, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounting for multiple projects in the parking system, entering invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and respond to parking equipment notifications, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage monthly parking sales and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with city regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between City departments and citizens, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Prepare and organize materials for board and commission meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Compose correspondence, memoranda, and reports as requested, demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of departmental records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a focus on project management or customer service.
  • One to three years of experience in a project management or customer service field, with a demonstrated knowledge of the modern office environment and substantial public contact.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Adobe and Google programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and public relations skills.
