About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Developer to join our team at Crimson Industries. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital and analog signal circuits and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for digital and analog signal circuits and assemblies
  • Build prototypes and conduct feasibility tests, integrate and commission assemblies and systems, including error diagnosis
  • Ensure the proper production of development products through documentation, instructions, and drawings, and conduct error analysis and third-level support in internal production and with customers
  • Perform acceptance tests in consultation with the internal responsible person for hardware products and maintain, further develop, and optimize existing assemblies
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable degree or training with experience in circuit design and layout
  • Advantageous experience in the development of EMC-compliant circuits and excellent knowledge of Altium Designer, as well as experience in component and component selection, including obsolescence aspects
  • Practical experience in the application of industry-specific or cross-industry norms and standards, team player, and high level of comprehension
  • Fluent German language skills in both spoken and written form, as well as good technical English
