Job Overview

Grieco Ford of Raynham is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
  • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, when authorized by the service advisor/customer.
  • Perform multi-point inspections and enter the appropriate recommendations into our electronic inspection form to ensure safety and reliability of the customer vehicles.
  • Electronically document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as an automotive technician.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
