Position Overview:

The role of the Endoscopy Technician II at Loma Linda University Medical Center is essential in delivering high-quality support during gastrointestinal procedures. This part-time position in the GI Lab focuses on the following responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Provide expert technical support during both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Equipment Management: Assist with various gastrointestinal procedures and troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform unit secretarial and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Patient Care: Uphold excellence in customer service while ensuring safe patient care practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute positively to a cooperative work environment.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of experience in gastrointestinal settings. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
