Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in a specific geographic territory. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining current accounts, and empowering your team to achieve financial, operational, and people development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales individual contributors to grow business and maintain current accounts across the assigned region.
  • Empower and motivate the team to achieve required financial, operational, and people development objectives.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating the Sealed Air Values of integrity, determination, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably leading sales teams in a large organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
