Responsabilidades Clave:

Tareas Administrativas:

Gestionar tareas administrativas a través de Salesforce, que incluyen, entre otras, el procesamiento de órdenes de compra para renovaciones y nuevas asociaciones de servicio, emisión de créditos de facturas, ajustes de asociaciones de servicio y creación de nuevas asociaciones.


Comunicación con Clientes:
Atender y devolver llamadas de clientes a través de una cola de llamadas de alto volumen.

Gestión de Datos:
Realizar los cambios/actualizaciones necesarios en la base de datos de instrumentos instalados.

Soporte Documental:
Asegurar la distribución adecuada de la documentación del cliente (por ejemplo, facturas).

Resolución de Problemas:
Investigar problemas relacionados con el servicio y escalar a través de los canales de gestión adecuados para su resolución.

  • Capacidad de Multitarea: Trabajar en múltiples tareas simultáneamente mientras se mantiene un alto nivel de precisión y productividad.

Métricas de Desempeño:
Cumplir o superar todos los KPIs asignados en calidad y productividad.

Funciones Adicionales:
Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario para apoyar los ingresos por servicios en América del Norte.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia comprobada en un rol de soporte de ventas o administrativo.
  • Dominio de Salesforce y/o Oracle es requerido.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para manejar colas de llamadas de alto volumen.
  • Habilidades organizativas excepcionales y atención al detalle.
  • Alta competencia informática con una fuerte capacidad para adaptarse a diversas aplicaciones de software.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en múltiples tareas simultáneamente con un alto grado de precisión.
  • Enfoque proactivo para la resolución de problemas y conflictos.
  • Familiaridad con la documentación del cliente y asociaciones de servicio es un plus.
