Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product order status, delivery status, and coordination of product returns.
- Perform various customer service duties, including waiting on customers, assisting with order requirements, answering customer inquiries, and providing samples.
- Use computer systems, such as ASI, JDE, and PCs, to process customer orders and manage inventory.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
