We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Engine Repair Specialist to join our team at I-State Truck Center in Blaine, Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about diesel engine repair and maintenance.

The estimated salary for this role is $30-$43/hour DOE, making it a competitive offer in the industry. As a Diesel Engine Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel engines and components used in various vehicles and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of diesel engine systems and the ability to diagnose complex problems. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for working effectively with our team and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain diesel engines and components
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex engine issues
  • Communication with peers, foreman, and customers regarding repairs
  • Quality control and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (bonus compensation for CDL holders)
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
  • Excellent understanding of Detroit Diesel engines through the current GHG17 product
  • Experience with other diesel engine platforms such as Cummins, CAT, & International (a plus)
