Job Title: PT Quality Assurance Associate

Food Lion is seeking a Part-Time Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment for our customers. This includes ensuring that all products are properly stored, displayed, and rotated, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any quality or safety issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning floors, and cleaning and organizing the store mop room.
  • Conduct daily quality checks to ensure that all products meet Food Lion's quality standards.
  • Identify and address any quality or safety issues that may arise, including reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work with the store team to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in quality assurance and safety.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
  • Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
