Splunk Enterprise Architect

Umanist Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Splunk Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-site Splunk clusters that can handle large ingestion volumes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement multi-site Splunk clusters with high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain Splunk infrastructure, including Search Head Clustering and Kafka Connect.
- Provide day-to-day support for large Splunk implementations, including log volume management and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with application teams to resolve usability issues and develop monitoring solutions for Splunk infrastructure health.
- Develop reports on Splunk usage and share insights with the team and upper management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of intensive experience with Splunk, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Heavy experience with Splunk Enterprise, multi-site clustering, and Search Head Clustering.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes, with experience in Splunk Connect for Kafka.
- Preferred candidates with Splunk certifications and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
