Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 2-3 crew members in installing landscapes, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including grading, drainage, and construction.
- Collaborate with clients and potential customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain company tools and equipment, ensuring safe operation and optimal performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 3-5 years of landscaping/installation experience, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials and local horticultural practices.
- Ability to read landscape plans and drawings, with a basic understanding of grading, drainage, and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
