Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of at least two years of higher education (60 semester hours) or an associate's degree or higher; or meet a rigorous standard of quality through a formal assessment.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or valid teaching certification.
- Experience working with at-risk student populations.
- Prior experience in an educational setting with school-aged children.
