Spa Receptionist Opportunity

Newport Harbor Island Resort is seeking a skilled and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our spa staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and promoting our spa services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to our spa
  • Schedule appointments and manage our spa's calendar
  • Handle payments and process transactions
  • Provide general support to our spa staff
  • Promote and sell our spa products and services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
