Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Component Qualification: Review and qualify alternate electronic and mechanical components, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and lead the utilization of internal and external resources to achieve project goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business needs of the company and have a thorough understanding of customer and clinical needs as they relate to projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to review and support organizational goals, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards a common objective.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) or independent technical expert (ITE) on a project's technical matters, interfacing with senior management, external firms, or agencies as required.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Complete documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained and that compliance with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations is maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in technical leadership and project management.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
