Job Description: We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Shift Lead and Support Coordinator. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities and providing direct support to individuals served.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise staff on shift to ensure high-quality care and support.
  2. Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual served.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  4. Monitor and report any incidents or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Must be able to read and write English language.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license required.
