Job Summary

As a key member of our stewarding team at Rivers Casino, the Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure a clean and safe environment for food preparation and storage. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions
  • Regular exposure to industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a noisy environment.
