Job Summary

A Trainee - Sleep Tech position is available at Northern Light Health, offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a clinical setting. Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes both classroom and clinical experiences.
  • Develop and demonstrate the essential skills and knowledge required for a Sleep Tech role.
  • Work collaboratively with the education and leadership team to ensure a balance of work and educational responsibilities.
  • Meet all program admission and exit requirements, including certification and licensure.
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and empowerment, while promoting a healthy and safe environment for patients, employees, and visitors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.
  • Ability to read and write with proficiency to accomplish responsibilities.
  • Commitment to the philosophy and objectives of Northern Light Health.
  • Ability to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as needed.
Working Conditions

This role may involve exposure to diseases or infections, hazardous materials, and prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting. A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity is essential.
