We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee - RN at Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - RN to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Trainee - RN, you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in classroom and clinical experiences to develop your nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
  • Meet all program admission and exit requirements, including licensure and certification.
  • Develop strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Must be already enrolled in a Nursing program and have successfully completed the first year or be in an accelerated nursing program.
  • Must meet program admission and certification requirements.
  • Must be able to read and write with proficiency to accomplish responsibilities.
  • Must be able to work beyond regularly scheduled hours and in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to diseases or infections. You must be able to work in a team environment and be flexible with changing priorities and ambiguity.
