Job Overview

United Smart Tech is seeking a skilled Smartphone Repair Technician to join our team of experienced technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile devices, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage job schedules and appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel to client sites, safely and efficiently, to complete repairs and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, and computer hardware/software.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and adequate insurance coverage.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a related field.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • College students and new grads are welcome.
