Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at our Round Rock Medical Center.

About the Role:
  • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit

  • Duration: Ongoing
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Minimum one year of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) experience, two years of ICU Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
  • License/Certification: RN – Registered Nurse, BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
