Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Essential Duties:
As a Regional Operations Leader, your duties will include:
  • Managing sales and operational functions across multiple locations.
  • Collaborating with vendors and Store Managers to maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
  • Engaging with Store Managers on staffing, store conditions, and expectations while ensuring accountability.
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service through daily interactions.
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring management staff within the designated area.
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and standards.
  • Administering company policies and setting both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Monitoring expenses and managing payroll budgets.
  • Reviewing and influencing profit and loss statements.
  • Addressing employee relations issues with guidance from Human Resources.
  • Contributing to loss prevention and inventory management efforts.
  • Completing daily administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but candidates with 3-5 years of retail management experience will also be considered.
