Licensed Vocational Nurse

CodeForce is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced LTC environment and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
• Current LVN license in the state of Georgia.
• 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting.
• Graduate of a state-approved vocational education program.
• Ability to lift 70-80 pounds on an occasional basis.
• COVID vaccination required.
