Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night Shift at Gillespie Health and Rehab Center
Gillespie Health and Rehab Center is actively seeking compassionate LPNs to enhance our dedicated healthcare team.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our facility, your primary role will involve delivering exceptional care to our residents while adhering to professional standards.
- Supervise nursing activities and services throughout your shift, including medication management and emergency interventions
- Respect the dignity of residents and their personal belongings
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality care services
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Ensure the dignity, safety, and precise documentation of residents' care
- Encourage restorative practices to promote resident independence
