Nurse LPN/RN Opportunity

Gillespie Health and Rehab Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents within your scope of practice, including administering medications, treatments, and emergency responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain established standards of care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Document all care rendered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in restorative care initiatives to promote resident independence and well-being.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
