Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to provide out-patient mental health services for adults and children in Arlington, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping community members thrive through treatment and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality mental health services to adults and children in a outpatient setting
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
* Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to address mental health needs
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary range: $59,900 - $89,900, DOE
