Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
  • Manage restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, and shift management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other management team members to achieve business objectives

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
