MAPMG offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our physicians are salaried, with access to advanced technological tools and comprehensive practice support.

As a MAPMG physician, you will enjoy a nationally competitive annual salary, clear pathway for physicians to become shareholders, and comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, a pension plan, and 401(k). Our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, with access to a clinical support team and a concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses.

This position is listed as a 0.7FTE, which is the equivalent of 28 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below. You will provide primary care for patients in your community, staff clinical sessions at medical centers during clinic hours of 8a-5pm, and work a consistent schedule of either 3 or 4 days in clinic and enjoy either one full day or two 1⁄2 days off.

We value teamwork, transparency, and honesty, and our physicians are expected to lead with integrity and communicate thoughtfully with patients and colleagues.

The starting annual salary for this position is $210,000, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
