Compensation: $18.20 / hour

Position Overview:
This role is essential for managing product presentation within high-traffic retail environments. Responsibilities include replenishing inventory on shelves, ensuring product rotation, establishing promotional displays, and maintaining organization in storage areas. Interaction with store personnel is a key component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and merchandise product displays in assigned retail locations
  • Ensure proper rotation of products both in storage and on display
  • Transport merchandise from storage areas to sales floors
  • Utilize equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks for product movement
  • Set up promotional signage and materials in stores
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly backroom stock area
  • Communicate effectively with store management regarding operational issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff
  • Adhere to company operating procedures and guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Utilize handheld devices for order management
  • Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a physical capabilities assessment (if required)
  • Access to personal transportation for multi-store visits
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in retail or grocery environments, with knowledge of store operations
  • Skills in product handling and movement within a retail setting
  • Experience in merchandising and creating appealing product displays
  • Ability to manage inventory in backroom or stockroom settings
  • Customer service experience, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
