Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Camden Prep. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in grades 6-8 and developing a love of mathematics in our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach mathematics to students in grades 6-8
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
  • Teacher certification in Mathematics or related field
  • 2+ years of teaching experience in a public school setting
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
