About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Bridge Design Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of engineering design/check/review and supervisory functions, including acting as Work Group Leader on small and mid-sized projects, performing general and/or complex design functions, developing and implementing project work plans, directing other engineers and designers, and mentoring less experienced staff.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in civil engineering, a PE license, and minimum four years of progressively responsible structure design experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Work Group Leader on small and mid-sized projects.
  • Perform general and/or complex design functions, including preliminary and final design, review or checking of designs, engineering computations, specifications, cost estimates, report writing, etc.
  • Develop and implement a project work plan.
  • Directly assist Other Project Engineers and Work Group Leaders on all projects.
  • Mentor less experienced staff.
Requirements
  • BS degree in civil engineering.
  • PE license.
  • Minimum four (4) years of progressively responsible structure design experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
